A man and woman were arrested early Sunday after the man allegedly shouted an obscenity at a police officer outside a downtown bank’s ATM, and he was found in the company of a partially undressed woman in the ATM’s lobby, Athens-Clarke County police said.
Jesse Lee Kunimoto, 28, was allegedly yelling at the officer outside of the ATM at Bank of America on East Clayton Street at about 1:25 a.m., police said. He directed the vulgarity at the officer while holding his cupped hands to his mouth, according to police.
When the officer went to investigate he noticed an odor of alcohol on Kunimoto’s breath, then saw 41-year-old Genesis Crowder, was inside the ATM lobby, crouching with her pants on backwards and pulled halfway down, with her genitals fully exposed, according to police. Kunimoto was charged with disorderly conduct and Crowder was charged with public indecency, according to police, who said both people were from Atlanta.
