Jeffrey Bernard Skelton allegedly used a knife to make slicing motions on his girlfriend’s body while asking her how she wanted to be killed.
“Where do you want it?” he supposedly said, moving the knife on the woman’s wrist and then her neck. “Here? Here?”
Those are the allegations the girlfriend made in a petition for a temporary protective order she filed in Clarke County Superior Court on June 23, less than a week after Skelton was arrested on charges be beat the woman over a period of several days.
