Shinieria Monia Bradley, 23, was arrested Saturday morning after a domestic dispute that apparently was from her partner not remembering her birthday, Athens-Clarke County police said.
She allegedly pulled a mattress out from under her partner and brought it into another room, and also broke a jewelry box, took a shirt and a watch from the victim, according to police. When the victim tried leaving the apartment, Bradley allegedly pulled her back inside by the shirt, and also bit her on the back, police said. She denied biting the other woman and said the watch and clothes she took were a gift from her to the other woman, according to police.
Bradley was charged with simple battery, criminal trespass/damage to property, and theft by taking.
