Tremayne Kentavious Smith, 18, was arrested Tuesday evening after he allegedly threatened to kill a neighbor at North Grove apartments on Old Hull Road, Athens-Clarke County police said.
According to the neighbor, ever since Smith moved into her building, she’s been bothered by him constantly slamming doors, and she decided to confront him on Tuesday because she “had enough” when a slamming door caused a picture to fall off her wall, according to police.
When confronted by the woman, Smith allegedly told his neighbor he was going to get his gun and “blow her head off,” police said.
Smith was charged with making terroristic threats.
