Leonard Douglas Scogin, 46, of Lone Star Road was arrested downtown Thursday night after the manager of Centro Athens complained he was touching and harassing a female customer, Athens-Clarke County police said.
After being kicked out of the bar, Scogin reportedly refused to move on from outside the entrance, where police said he was yelling profanities. He then threw a cigarette pack to the ground and was seen pulling a bag of pot from his pants before throwing that down as well, according to police.
Scogin was then arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, public intoxication and littering.
