Damon Andrew Bloodsaw, 37, of McDuffie Drive was arrested Aug. 29 when he was found at the Oak Grove Mobile Home Park in possession of heroin, meth and other drugs, Athens-Clarke County police said.

Officers responded to the trailer park on reports of guns being fired during a feud between neighbors, and upon arrival found Bloodsaw there, explaining he was riding his bicycle to the neighborhood to see what was going on, according to police.

A consensual search was conducted after police said the men seemed to be nervous and would not make eye contact with the officers, at which time Bloodsaw was found to have bags of heroin, meth, and marijuana, as well as oxycodone and other pills that were not immediately identified.

Bloodsaw was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of prescription drugs not in their original container.
