Tobias Deonte Fulton, 23, was arrested on a felony probation violation warrant Tuesday afternoon when he was found hiding in a bedroom closet of a home on West Paces Drive where he reportedly lived with his sister, Athens-Clarke County police said.
Members of the Crime Suppression Unit were looking for Fulton on the outstanding warrant, and at one point he reportedly told his mother he would surrender after meeting with her at the Nellie B Homes bus stop, but police said he never showed.
