A 79-year-old North Billups Street woman filed a complaint against a man in his 80s named “Jubaby” because he repeatedly drives his car in front of her home and blows the horn while “trying to hit on her,” Athens-Clarke County police said.
When the man most recently came by, on Thursday, the woman told him he was not welcome and they “exchanged some harsh words,” according to police.
