Hamilton Valentin Gotay, 25, of Texas was arrested for drunken driving early Saturday after his truck was stopped for driving the wrong way on a one-way portion of College Avenue, Athens-Clarke County police said.
He had alcohol on his breath, failed roadside sobriety tests and breath tests that indicated blood-alcohol concentrations of .157 and .167 percent, according to police.
Gotay was charged with DUI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
