Twenty-four coolers valued at a total of $9,000 were reported stolen from East-West Bistro in downtown Athens on Tuesday, Athens-Clarke County police said.
The coolers are the property of a previous owner of the East Broad Street restaurant. A witness reported seeing the new owner and some other men loading the coolers onto a U-Haul truck, according to police.
