A Jefferson woman reported someone broke her Jeep’s window with a brick and stole her purse while the vehicle was parked at Red Lobster, located at 1956 W. Broad St., Athens-Clark County police said.
She also told of how she and her husband, upon arriving at the restaurant, noticed a man who appeared to be looking at them.
