A Bryan Street resident reported his Yamaha Chappy valued at $1,500 was stolen from P&M Army Surplus, 1298 Prince Avenue, between 9 p.m. Monday and 3 a.m. Tuesday, Athens-Clarke County police said. The scooter was purple with a beige floor board and had Kobe Bryant stickers on each side, police said.
