A trailer at the Pinewood Estates North mobile home park on U.S. Highway 29 North reportedly was burglarized between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday and jewelry and two computer tablets were stolen. Entry was gained by prying open a door, according to an Athens-Clarke County police report, which noted a storage shed was also entered and a chain saw and weed trimmer were stolen. The stolen items had a total value of $1,522.
