Jenson Reeves Lowry, 19, of Peachtree City and James Furman Reid, 19, of Atlanta, were arrested by an Athens-Clarke County Police officer early Saturday morning on charges of underage consumption of alcohol as he observed them staggering between construction barrels on Prince Avenue.
